Sorceress Orbs may be wielded with a Sorceress, unlike Wands, which are not class-specific. These may also have auto mods that give bonuses to Sorceress abilities. Sockets: This may be the maximum quantity of sockets -- not a guaranteed quantity of sockets. An item that may roll with 2 sockets is available with 1, 2, or 3 sockets. You can use the Horadric Cube recipe to roll a random quantity of sockets inside a Normal unsocketed base item, as much as the maximum.
