Recently, many customers have come to us to print instructions, but they do not understand the basic process and technology of luxury packaging boxes wholesale printing factory. Today, we will share with you the basic process and process of luxury packaging boxes wholesale printing plant

luxury packaging boxes wholesale process basic process: design to send pictures → proofing → plate composition → plate printing → machine printing → post-press processing → delivery

First, out of film: Out of film is to make a good layout, through the device output to the PC film that can be printed, the professional term is called film.

Film: The film used for printing and plate making is called film film, and the PS plate can be printed on the machine with film film, which is equivalent to the negative of a photograph. It is an essential process in precision printing. Color printed film usually consists of 4 sheets (one each for C, M, Y, and K).

Two, proofing

In the process of printing production, the process of printing a properly corrected negative produced by photographic or electronic color separators into a proof or other method to display the effect of plate making before printing. The purpose is to confirm that the setup, handling and operation of the printing production process are correct, and to provide the customer with a sample of the final print, which is not required to be exactly the same in visual effect and quality as the final print. Proofing can be roughly divided into three methods, that is, proof machine proofing, (toner) simple proofing, digital proofing.

Proof machine proofing: the most traditional and most reliable proofing method. It uses equipment, plates, paper and ink similar to the formal printing press, but the proof machine is generally monochrome or two-color machine (only one or two colors can be run at a time), the degree of automation is not high, the need for high operating skills and experience, and the printing plate must be made in advance, so the proof machine proofing efficiency is low, the need for constant temperature and humidity environment control, the cost is high. This proofing method is the most widely used in China.

Simple proofing: a photochemical reaction to obtain images and color proofing technology, mainly laminated film proofing and toner proofing two. The common feature of these two methods is that the color separation dot film (such as yellow plate) and attached to the film or paper substrate on the photosensitive polymer coating (using the vacuum method), through the color separation screen film side with ultraviolet light source exposure, so that the exposure part becomes insoluble or lose the adhesion, and then through solution development or color powder development, you can get color images. The difference is that the former uses four photosensitive polymer coatings with yellow, magenta, blue and black pigments respectively, and superposes the exposed and solution developed films together to obtain a transmission type color sample. The latter uses a piece of paper the same as the actual print, the colorless adhesive polymer coating (similar to self-adhesive) is attached to the above (using a special laminator), after exposure, toner development processing, repeated four times, you can get a reflective color proof. However, because the imaging process is very different from the actual printing process, it is difficult to achieve the proof and the print is completely consistent.

Digital proofing: Unlike the above two methods, neither intermediate color separation screen film nor printing plate is required. The digital color image (also known as digital page or digital film) generated in the digital prepress system (computer) is directly converted into a color proof, that is, the proof is directly from the computer. Digital proofing is divided into soft proofing and hard proofing. Soft proofing is to display the digital page directly on the color display (such as computer display), it can do real-time display with the computer processing, with the advantages of fast and low cost, but because it is the principle of additive color rendering, and the material and observation conditions are far from the actual print, there is now the use of liquid crystal display soft proofing, has been improved. Hard proofing is the same as computer color inkjet, which directly converts digital pages into color hard copies (using inkjet printing, dye sublimation, hot wax transfer, color electrostatic photography and other imaging technologies). Due to the progress of computer image processing and simulation and control technology, although the paper and color agent are not exactly the same as the actual printing, the digital hard proofing can be very close to the actual print effect, and high-quality products (such as dye sublimation) can reach more than 95% of the complete consistency. Because of its fast, efficient and direct digital conversion characteristics and the development of digital printing technology and networking, it has become one of the main proofing methods.

Third, make up

Composition is also known as "loading", "group". The second step in manual typesetting. In the work will not always do 16K, 8K and other regular open number of prints, especially packaging boxes, small cards (certificates) and so on are often not open, at this time, you need to pay attention to the finished product as far as possible in the paper opening range, in order to save costs.

Four, print

Printing is exposure, printing is the printing of pictures and texts on film, sulphate paper and other carriers with higher transparency, through exposure, the printing of pictures and texts to the screen plate coated with sensitive material, PS plate, resin plate and other materials. On the screen plate, PS plate, resin plate surface coated with a layer of sensitive film after drying, the image of the film is covered on the top, through strong light irradiation of the film, the image on the film is exposed to the sensitive film on the plate, this exposure and photocopying process is commonly known as printing plate. (Paper printing is usually done in Photoshop.)

Five, on the machine printing

Fix the printed PS plate to the rubber roller of the printing machine, adjust the ink, and start printing.

Six, post-press processing

Post-printing coating, indentation, folding, pasting, UV, binding, embossing, gold stamping, soup silver and other processes.
