He advises parents to stop imposing their ideas upon their children. Parents should fulfill two functions in support of their children:
1. They should protect their children from danger. This should not be done by restricting the child, who is out to discover the world and himself, but by keeping threats away from the child. Osho says:
If there is a danger that the child could fall into a pit, then move the pit.
If the child wants to take the horologe apart to see how it works, let him. What if he breaks the horologe? If you stop him, he will lose something much more valuable than the horologe, he will lose his curiosity. He will never recover it.
And it's true, a habit learnt in childhood is almost impossible to overcome.
2. Parents should be a presence. They should give love and attention to their children.

Osho also warns about children conceived by "accident". He says that, when a child is conceived, a soul descends. He says: "if the man and the woman are afraid that their sexual act may result in a pregnancy, then what kind of soul will descend?" Also, Osho warns that an unwanted pregnancy is followed by the mother having to decide on whether she should keep the child or not, and the baby feels it. Banning abortions only makes things worse, since now the mother has to decide of whether she should risk her life in an illegal abortion or not.
Osho says that, later on, when the baby discovers his body, people around him become tense when he discovers his genitals. The baby feels this, and this is enough to initiate the sexual repression process.
The cherry on the cake is that, of course, women are not attracted to castrated men. They fight to get the attention of the very small minority of men who are still men. Those men enjoy a flood of willing attractive women and they never need to commit.
According to Osho, one solution would be for people to live in self sustainable communities. This is the natural state of humanity. Children would have a mother and a father, but they would also have many aunts and uncles. This would reduce the chance of trauma based mind control being transmitted from generation to generation. Osho advises parents to allow their children to grow up together, naked, and, when they become interested in sex, they should be informed about it and they should get condoms, such that they could have sex with any partners they choose. This would happen between ages of 14 and 21. Between 21 and 28, people would fall in love and become monogamous, between 28 and 35 they would get married and prepare to have children. This would solve the sexual repression problem. In a self sustainable community, men would be forced to assume responsibility for their lives. And, again, it's the natural state of humanity.
The men failing to assert themselves has become an obvious issue during the lockdown of 2020. Men cannot even imagine them deciding for themselves.
Men are avoiding responsibility to such an extent that they refuse to acknowledge that they are responsible for their government. They strongly belive in the "republic is not democracy" and "democracy is mob rule and it does not work" gross manipulation they have been subjected to.
First of all, "republic" in Latin is "democracy" in Greek. Both mean "rule by the people".

Therefore, the centralized authority shall never disarm the people. It does not get clearer than that.
