He advises parents to stop imposing their ideas upon their children. Parents should fulfill two functions in support of their children:

1. They should protect their children from danger. This should not be done by restricting the child, who is out to discover the world and himself, but by keeping threats away from the child. Osho says:
If there is a danger that the child could fall into a pit, then move the pit.

Also, Osho warns that an unwanted pregnancy is followed by the mother having to decide on whether she should keep the child or not, and the baby feels it. Banning abortions only makes things worse, since now the mother has to decide of whether she should risk her life in an illegal abortion or not.
Osho says that, later on, when the baby discovers his body, people around him become tense when he discovers his genitals. The baby feels this, and this is enough to initiate the sexual repression process.

The cherry on the cake is that, of course, women are not attracted to castrated men. They fight to get the attention of the very small minority of men who are still men. Those men enjoy a flood of willing attractive women and they never need to commit.

According to Osho, one solution would be for people to live in self sustainable communities. This is the natural state of humanity. Children would have a mother and a father, but they would also have many aunts and uncles. This would reduce the chance of trauma based mind control being transmitted from generation to generation. The men failing to assert themselves has become an obvious issue during the lockdown of 2020. Men cannot even imagine them deciding for themselves.
Men are avoiding responsibility to such an extent that they refuse to acknowledge that they are responsible for their government. They strongly belive in the "republic is not democracy" and "democracy is mob rule and it does not work" gross manipulation they have been subjected to.
